Almond Flour Crackers With Sesame Seeds

Ingredients:
- Almond flour — 1 cup.
- Sesame seeds — 3 tablespoons.
- Baking soda — ¼ teaspoon.
- Salt — ¼ teaspoon.
- Pepper — ⅛ teaspoon.
- Beaten egg — 1
- Salt and pepper to taste
The Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place parchment paper on pans. Spray cooking oil on parchment paper.
- Mix all dry ingredients into a bowl.
- Mix in the egg to create the dough.
- Divide the dough in half.
- Spray dough with cooking spray.
- Roll dough into a rectangle 1/16 to 1/18 inch thick.
- Cut dough into 20 pieces.
- Salt and pepper the pieces and place them on the pan.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Repeat with the second half of the dough.
- Store in an airtight container.
Each serving is 10 crackers and is 197 calories.
