Crunchy Zucchini Chips

Do you miss eating chips? Then, you need to try out these crunchy zucchini chips.

Ingredients:

  • Two zucchinis, sliced ⅙-inch thick.
  • ½ cup of lard.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

The Steps:

  1. Slice the zucchinis with a mandolin. 
  2. Melt the lard in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Fry the zucchini chips in batches for one to two minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Transfer the chips to a paper towel.
  5. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce. 

This recipe makes about four servings.
