Two zucchinis, sliced ⅙-inch thick.
½ cup of lard.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Slice the zucchinis with a mandolin.
Melt the lard in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Fry the zucchini chips in batches for one to two minutes or until golden brown.
Transfer the chips to a paper towel.
Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
