Peanut Butter Cookies

You can easily make these keto peanut butter cookies in your kitchen as they take up no time at all! This flourless, low-carb keto recipe is both sugar and gluten-free! Let’s begin!

  • 1 cup of crunchy peanut butter (100% peanuts) (250g).
  • ½ cup of granulated sweetener (100g).
  • 1 large egg.
  • A pinch of sea salt.
  • Optional: ½ tsp of cinnamon.


  • Preheat your oven to 350 Fahrenheit/180 Celsius.
  • Put all your ingredients in a bowl, then mix it with a fork.
  • With your hands, or a small cookie scoop, roll small balls of dough (ca 15g each) and flatten them onto a baking sheet.
  • Wet a fork and press on your cookies to create a criss-cross pattern.
  • Place your cookies in the oven and bake them for 8 -10 minutes until the edges are firm. (8 minutes = soft centre, 10 minutes = overall crunchy)
  • Let the cookies completely cool before eating them. They’re very soft when just out of the oven, but will become crunchy once cooled.
  • Store in an airtight container.
