Peanut Butter Cookies
You can easily make these keto peanut butter cookies in your kitchen as they take up no time at all! This flourless, low-carb keto recipe is both sugar and gluten-free! Let’s begin!

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of crunchy peanut butter (100% peanuts) (250g).
- ½ cup of granulated sweetener (100g).
- 1 large egg.
- A pinch of sea salt.
- Optional: ½ tsp of cinnamon.
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350 Fahrenheit/180 Celsius.
- Put all your ingredients in a bowl, then mix it with a fork.
- With your hands, or a small cookie scoop, roll small balls of dough (ca 15g each) and flatten them onto a baking sheet.
- Wet a fork and press on your cookies to create a criss-cross pattern.
- Place your cookies in the oven and bake them for 8 -10 minutes until the edges are firm. (8 minutes = soft centre, 10 minutes = overall crunchy)
- Let the cookies completely cool before eating them. They’re very soft when just out of the oven, but will become crunchy once cooled.
- Store in an airtight container.
