Paleo Buffalo Ranch Coleslaw

Enjoy it by itself, plop it on top of baked chicken, or add it to yummy almond flour crackers. This inventive twist to traditional coleslaw adds heat and fun to your kitchen.


  • 1 head of green cabbage
  • 1 large carrot
  • ¼ cup of mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup of coconut milk
  • 1 tsp of minced garlic
  • 2 tsp of fresh dill
  • 2 tsp of fresh chives
  • ½ tsp of paprika
  • 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp of hot cayenne pepper sauce
  • Sea salt and ground black pepper


  • Finely shred the cabbage and carrot
  • Mince the dill and chives
  • Set the cabbage and carrots aside
  • Add all other ingredients into a large bowl
  • Add the cabbage and carrots to the bowl, add salt and pepper to taste, and mix well
    Cover and keep cold
