Keto Chocolate Avocado Pudding

Avocados have a surprisingly sweet use! This Chocolate Avocado Pudding is a favored dessert that is simple and easy to make. 


  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt


  1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit.
  2. Scoop out the flesh and add it to a blender or food processor.
  3. Add the cocoa powder, heavy cream, almond milk, erythritol, vanilla extract, and salt to the blender or food processor.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
