Keto Chicken Alfredo

This is the meal your whole family will beg you to make regularly. This creamy alfredo is the perfect health-conscious dinner that kicks those pasta cravings to the curb.


1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets


In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then add it to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides.
Add the garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute.
Add the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and butter to the skillet and stir until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth.
Add the cauliflower florets to the skillet and stir to coat in the sauce.
Cover the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
