Keto Chocolate Avocado Pudding
Avocados have a surprisingly sweet use! This Chocolate Avocado Pudding is a favored dessert that is simple and easy to make.
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit.
- Scoop out the flesh and add it to a blender or food processor.
- Add the cocoa powder, heavy cream, almond milk, erythritol, vanilla extract, and salt to the blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
