Keto Bacon and Egg Cups

If you’re looking for a yummy breakfast or even a post-workout snack, this is it. You can easily meal prep with these little cups to make breakfast on the go, too! You don’t want to skip these family-friendly, savory snacks.


  • 6 slices of bacon
  • 6 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a muffin tin with 6 muffin cups.
  2. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then drain on paper towels and chop into small pieces.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Divide the bacon among the 6 muffin cups, then pour the egg mixture on top.
  5. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of each cup.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the egg cups are set.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before garnishing with chopped chives.
