2 oz no sugar, no dairy paleo dark chocolate, melted
1 tsp of melted coconut oil
¼ tsp of dried cranberry powder
2 ¼ cups of almond flour
¼ tsp of baking soda
1/4 cup of maple syrup
2 tbsp of melted ghee
1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Line parchment paper on a baking sheet.
Combine the almond flour, baking soda, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
Add in the melted ghee, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and egg.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour.
Once chilled, roll the dough between two pieces of parchment paper ¼ inch thick.
Cut the dough into your preferred cookie shape.
Place the cookies on the baking sheet and bake for 8-12 minutes
Remove them from the oven and let them cool completely
Melt and mix together the dark chocolate, coconut oil, and cranberry powder
Decorate the cookies with the melted chocolate how you desire
